Just Brilliant! Cannot thank Barry and the team enough - they made our move from Somerset to the West Highlands of Scotland go like a dream. From my initial telephone contact, to them unloading at our new home the professionalism and service was second to none. Everything was protected - nothing was damaged they went above and beyond to make sure we had a relaxing move and were great fun to! Honestly do not bother shopping around they are really competitively priced and the service you get from these guys is priceless in fact we are so sorry we have moved so far away as we would absolutely use them again if we were to move and have recommended them to friend and family to ! I booked Home Move Removals last minute after delays with completing meant we didn't know we were definitely moving until the day before! Unfortunately they only had one van available (my fault as it was so short notice!), they were happy to do 2 trips but we decided to hire a second van ourselves to make sure we would be out on time. On the day Dan and Simon were amazing! They had a quick look around to see what needed packing and got to work straight away. They got everything carefully packed onto the van and had various covers to protect certain things. At the other end again they were great, asking where we wanted everything and used plastic and mats to protect the carpet. Not only were they super helpful, they were also really friendly and chatty and made a very stressful day a lot less stressful! Honestly cannot recommend them enough! ~ Ria M
Barry, Dan and their team were absolutely fantastic. They fitted us in last minute. They were professional, kind, caring and very thoughtful and mindful of our needs. Dan kept checking on us that we had eaten and even offered to get food for us!! Now that’s above and beyond customer care!! The team worked non stop and extremely hard and took great care with our belongings! Nothing was too much trouble for them they were very willing and obliging. I couldn’t have asked for a better removal team which made a stressful time more bearable! I wish their business great success as they truly deserve it!
